You can change your mind up to 14 days after receiving the product, please email us at hello@etiamskincare.com and state the order number and the reason for cancelation ( you could say : just because!).
You have 14 days to send the item back to us from the day you cancelled the order.
We have 14 days from the day we received the item from you to issue a refund that includes the postage fee (Royal Mail signed for 2nd class).
